is tonight at 6:00 PM at the Manchester, NH Barnes & Noble. I am readying the sixth episode of the epic saga of William-O the Pirate King even as we speak.
Obviously I’m due for a bunch of updates on Readercon, the Homeless Moon chapbook, TNEO and suchlike, but that stuff will have to wait until next week.
Mike! William-O! Podcasts!
I had forgotten entirely about the slam. My mild relief at having escaped reading in public is overwhelmingly outweighed by sadness at missing the William-O.
I hope the slam went great. I wish I had been in attendance to hear the latest tale of William-O.
Wish I were there. Hope William-O and his epic saga were well received! Just picked up a copy of your chapbook from Mr. Howe. Looking forward to the read!
Thanks, all! You were missed.
It went really well–I don’t think I have been at a more accomplished slam. Lots of great ideas. And I got the usual entreaties from William-O listeners demanding to know why I hadn’t sold them to illustrated children’s book publishers and had to fumble for the usual lame excuses.
I am going to try to make a recording of it and post it here.
